Troy Bilt Chipper Shredders were designed and built to take care of large yard debris, like fallen tree branches, twigs, pine cones and anything difficult to haul around in a wheel barrel but also to produce a fine material to use as mulch.
There are two basic models of chipper shredders that Troy Bilt makes, the lightweight 2 capacity (model CS4265) and the heavy-duty 3 capacity (model CS4310).
Troy-Bilt has been making fine quality yard equipment since as early as 1937, and since that time, they have continually shown their worth with machines that do the job, time and time again, for years at a time, with one enduring consistency; trust.
Their Chipper Shredders will either chip or shred any organic materials up to capacity, down ten times the size, leaving a small organized pile of mulch, which is perfect for using as carbon base to add to green grass in a compost pile, or just spread across the garden between plants to help keep nutrients and moisture near the roots of the plants where they belong, while smothering weeds.
