Flowtron Leaf Eater 800

Flowtron Leaf Eater 800 is a lightweight leaf shredder for making finer mulch or finer composting materials, both wet and dry.

LE 800 model is electric and can be used with a common extension cord to a wall outlet. LE 800 stands straight-up on thin legs with room and bungy cord around the funnel base where a yard bag, tarp, barrel or cart of any sort can be placed to collect the finely mulched debris.

Flowtron Leaf Eater 800 was designed to do lightweight mulching only, using plastic weed-eater like blades for a lighter, weather-resistant, easier to carry around the yard, mulching machine.

Leaf eaters like the LE-800 are a more convenient option for those who like to be nice to their muscles and are looking for a finer quality leaf mulcher.

Flowtron Leaf Eater 800 can be set to mulch down anywhere from as bulky a mulch as 8 bushels to 1 bushel or as fine as 30 bushels to 1 bushel, both wet and dry materials alike, a big advantage for the rainy season.

The replaceable plastic weed-wacker blades are a plus for this model, making it a real specific tool for a specific job, producing good ground-cover mulch or carbon/nitrogen-rich composting components.

Twigs, branches and more solid materials, can do damage to the sensitive blades that do an interestingly better job of mulching leaves more efficiently than big metal all-purpose yard mulchers can.

Oak leaves, maple leaves, sweet gum and birch, pine needles, grass clippings and even paper are just a few of the consumer tested yard materials that make Flowtron Leaf Eater 800 an efficient mulching or composting tool.

With an extra-large 21 inch round funnel for easy loading, a unique hopper to prevent material throwback, a capacity of one bushel adjustable reduction sizes between 8:1 and 30:1, special air intake motor, air removal filter, on/off switch, circuit breaker with reset button and overload protection, the polyethylene funnel, housing and blades help make it weather resistant.

Flowtron Leaf Eater 800 is an efficient lightweight/weather-resistant option for looking to make their own leaf-based mulch or quicker composting materials, both carbon and nitrogen based.
